Mark Valentine Aikins

Mark Valentine Aikins is an Educational Technology scholar, e-Learning Coordinator, and Google Workspace for Education Administrator at OLA College of Education, Ghana. A Google Certified Educator and Gemini Certified Educator, he specializes in instructional technology, digital learning tools, and continuous teacher professional development.

As a Program Officer with Inspiring Teachers Ghana and a national facilitator for Professional Learning Community (PLC) handbooks, Mark actively trains school leaders and teachers to establish peer-led coaching networks and collaborative inquiry models. His background includes serving as a National Troubleshooter for Virtual Teaching and Learning and publishing research on teacher continuing professional development (CPD) needs and ICT integration.

Passionate about dismantling instructional isolation, Mark brings rich expertise in leveraging Google Workspace to elevate teacher agency, streamline collaborative workflows, and cultivate resilient, educator-driven communities of practice.

Patrick Hickey

Patrick is a Primary Teacher, Google Trainer, Innovator, Coach, PD Partner, and GEG Leader.

He is passionate about creating inclusive learning environments. Patrick brings rich expertise in leveraging Google Workspace to create purposeful learning experiences. 

Patrick has spoken at international conferences on the power of technology and AI to enrich the learning experience for all learners. 

He also has a great interest in teacher diversity and has recently defended his PhD thesis exploring the teacher professional identity of teachers with physical disabilities.
